EBEC at a glance
In August 2010, BEST organised the European BEST Engineering Competition (EBEC), second edition. EBEC gathers the top engineering students in Europe, the winners from local, national and regional engineering competitions which BEST organises every year. Participants work in teams and use their technical and soft skills, cultural awareness and creativity to find a solution for a given problem.
Structure

This year 2010, 5000 participants joined local engineering competitions at their home universities. The winners of those rounds qualified to compete on national (or regional) level. These competitions delegated the best of the best to the European final. In total, 104 finalists were present at EBEC to make their dream come true in the ultimate final.
