BEST Training Days is a service for all students of KTH that are interested in improving their soft-skills in areas that are complementary to their university studies. Our training sessions, also known as 'workshop', are held in a friendly setting of twenty students max, in which everyone is encouraged to give input, discuss and gain the most out of it. In contrast to most classic classroom lectures, you will find our training sessions to be interesting, worthwhile, casual and open, interactive, entertaining, useful and above all you will gain valuable knowledge and improve your soft skills.

The sessions are conveniently scheduled on Fridays afternoon and their length is approx. four hours. Coffee breaks are available and a dinner is offered at the end together with BEST members.

    Open for BEST members only

Some training sessions are a bit more advanced or are more BEST-specific; therefore they are open only for BEST members. These sessions are marked with a thumbnail of our logo next to the name of the training. Nevertheless we reserve a few places in each session for non-members that are interested in exploring further a specific topic or in becoming a member of our organization. In the application for the other sessions you have the option to apply for members-only sessions.

    Application, selection and confirmation

    Apply Now!

To participate in BTD sessions you have to apply by filling out a simple form before the DL of each BTD. Just find the post-it "Apply Now!"

Due to the reduced amount of places available, we need to make a selection. The participants for each BTD are selected shortly after the DL and they are notified by email.

Each student that is accepted to a BTD session must confirm participation by paying a deposit of 200 Kr. The deposit will be returned after the student has participated in the training session and has filled out the evaluation of the workshop.
